What the work involves

Building features and fixing bugs through pull requests
Data pipelines that fetch, parse and publish public records
Keeping sites fast, accessible and secure
Short written proposals (RFCs) for bigger changes

How we work

Remote and asynchronous, reviewed in writing. Work is offered by arrangement.

Skills we're looking for

Essential

Has built and shipped software, in any setting: work, study or personal projects
Comfortable reading and changing an existing codebase using Git
Writes clearly about technical decisions

Helpful, but not required

TypeScript or JavaScript
Serverless platforms such as Cloudflare Workers
SQL databases and data modelling
Web accessibility and performance
